1. Who we are
Tom Gold Hair (“TGH”) is a professional brand operated and exclusively distributed in the United Kingdom by United Beauty Solutions Limited (Company no. 13297221, registered in England). When you purchase through www.tomgold.hair, your contract is with United Beauty Solutions Limited.

Throughout this policy, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to United Beauty Solutions Limited, acting as the authorised distributor of Tom Gold Hair in the UK. “You” refers to the purchasing salon, stylist, or trade customer.

We take pride in delivering every order swiftly and securely, so you can focus on what matters most – your clients.

2. Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time: Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). During high-volume periods, dispatch may be slightly delayed.

Where possible we aim to ship on the same day where orders are placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates: UK orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and may vary.

2.1 Royal Mail Shipping Rates

  • 0-500g: £9.85 (excl. VAT)
  • 500g-1kg: £10.95 (excl. VAT)
  • 1.1kg-2kg: £14.05 (excl. VAT)
  • 2.1kg-10kg: £19.55 (excl. VAT)

Shipping rates are always current at the time of checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) will be sent once your order is dispatched. Tracking numbers activate within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tom Gold Hair is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by destination countries. All such charges are the customer's sole responsibility.

5. Damages

Tom Gold Hair is not liable for damaged or lost shipments. If an order arrives damaged, contact the delivery carrier or Tom Gold Hair support to file a claim, retaining all packaging and damaged goods for review.

6. International Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available except in regions where exclusive distributors operate. International rates and delivery times vary. For questions about international availability, contact hello@ubsolutions.uk.

7. Custom Orders

Custom orders take additional processing time - typically dispatched within 15 working days, but occasionally up to 20 working days. Due to the personalised nature, returns and refunds may be limited; please see our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy for full details.
