Our Pre-bonded ND™ extensions typically last 4-5 months with proper care and maintenance appointments every 8-10 weeks.

The hair itself can be enjoyed for 6-9 months when cared for with gentle, sulphate-free products.

Will ND™ extensions damage my clients' natural hair?

When applied correctly and maintained properly, ND™ extensions protect natural hair.

Our exclusive Protein Tips™ create secure, comfortable bonds that distribute weight evenly, minimising tension. The key is proper application technique and regular maintenance, areas we cover extensively in our TGH training.

What makes Protein Tips™ different from keratin bonds?

Protein Tips™ use a protein-based compound that mimics natural hair structure, coated in Teflon for ultra-discreet attachments.

This creates bonds that are more secure, comfortable, and longer-lasting than traditional keratin, while remaining soft and manageable for your clients.

Can ND™ extensions be styled and coloured?

Yes. ND™ extensions can be heat styled up to 180°C with heat protectant. For colouring, we recommend professional application only. Because our hair is ethically sourced and minimally processed, it accepts colour well, but always strand-test first.

What aftercare should I recommend to clients?

Gentle care extends extension life: sulphate-free shampoo, extension-safe brushing (supporting bonds while detangling), sleeping with hair secured in a loose braid or silk wrap, and avoiding heavy oils near bonds.
