Our promise
Every strand of Tom Gold Hair is created with care and shipped by United Beauty Solutions Limited. While we stand behind our quality, we also recognise that sometimes returns are necessary.

This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled. By ordering from www.tomgold.hair, you agree that your contract is with United Beauty Solutions Limited as the authorised distributor of Tom Gold Hair in the UK.

  • Returns are accepted only from direct trade customers (salons and stylists).
  • End consumers who purchase Tom Gold Hair through salons or retailers should contact their original point of purchase.
  • Goods must be returned in original condition, unaltered and unused, in line with professional hygiene standards.

Our aim is always to resolve matters fairly and quickly, so your business and your clients stay confident in Tom Gold Hair.

Goods purchased from United Beauty Solutions Limited for Tom Gold Hair (tomgold.hair) may be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 21 working days from delivery receipt.

  • Goods must be returned in their original shipped condition and packaging.
  • Hair must be returned unaltered, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs and risks are the customer's responsibility; proof of postage is highly recommended.
  • Exchanges may incur additional postage or shipping fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • Refunds are available only to direct customers (salons and stylists). No refunds to final consumers who purchase Tom Gold Hair products via third-party retailers.

Extended Returns

  • For returns received between 21 and 30 calendar days, a 70% refund (excluding shipping) or a full-value gift voucher for use at tomgold.hair will be offered.
  • No refunds for items returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery.

Faulty Goods

  • Report faults within 21 days of application by emailing hello@ubsolutions.uk.
  • Returns for quality issues require original proof of purchase and a completed Tom Gold Hair Report Form.
  • No returns accepted for coloured, tinted, or chemically treated hair in line with hygiene regulations and industry practice.
  • Examination of returned goods may take up to 30 working days.
  • Tom Gold Hair cannot accept responsibility for heat damage by customers or incidental expenses.

Machine Return Policy

  • Machines are covered by a 2-year warranty for internal parts (excludes wear-and-tear).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except where using our courier for warranty repairs).
  • Warranty repairs use our courier at no additional transport cost; charges apply for parts or post-warranty repairs.
  • Return machines in original condition, including all required documentation and completed Tom Gold Hair Report Form, inside the parcel.

General Conditions

Items marked 'Under Review' may not qualify for refund or exchange. If so, reasons will be provided, and the option to have items returned at customer expense is available.
