How do I join?

If you’re already part of the TGH family, you’re in. No applications needed, just enjoy the experience!
Points are earned every time you order TGH hair, essentials, or education.

New stylists and salons can join by completing the quick approval process, designed to keep our community genuinely pro, values-led, and clients-first.

How do I earn points?

Every £33 spent earns 1 point, valued at £1.
There’s no cap on how many points you can bank - the more you enjoy, the more you earn.

How and when can I redeem points?

Anytime you like. Points can be used as a discount at checkout, on any order.
We review purchases and levels every calendar quarter:

  • January - March
  • April - June
  • July - September
  • October - December

Your level is based on what you spend in each 3‑month period, and your perks are then locked in for at least the next quarter.

What are the Luxe Lounge loyalty levels and what do I get?

There are five stylist-loved levels with bigger rewards at every stage, all based on spend within a 3‑month period:

  • Certified: automatically placed here with a welcome gift of £50 off your first order, plus points on spending - your launchpad level for getting to know TGH.
  • Advanced: spend £750 in 3 months - get a 2% discount and 3% back in points (total 5% reward).
  • Expert: spend £1,500 in 3 months - get 3.5% off and 3% in points (total 6.5% reward).
  • Master: spend £3,000 in 3 months - get 5% off and 3% in points (total 8% reward).
  • Diamond: spend £4,500 in 3 months - get 7% off and 3% in points (total 10% reward).

How do I move up and keep my level?

As your business grows, your loyalty level can too - with every quarterly review, your spend could push you into more rewarding territory.

Hit the threshold, and your benefits last at least three months. Just keep on track to maintain or step up your level.

Do points expire?

Yes, points expire one year after you join the Luxe Lounge.

Can I earn rewards for social content?

Yes. If you’re an active Luxe Lounge member with a Tom Gold Hair account in good standing, you can earn extra points for sharing eligible User‑Generated Content (UGC) on social media.

Post original photos or short‑form videos on your public account that clearly feature TGH hair, tag @tomgold.hair, and follow our brand and platform guidelines - if it’s approved, your reward is credited into your points balance.

How much do I get for UGC?

For every approved in‑feed photo post, you’ll earn £50 in points. For every approved short‑form video or reel, you’ll earn £60 in points.
